1) Download the Citrix plugins software below and install on your computer. If you use Windows - choose the windows version, Mac - choose the Mac version. You will need Administrative access on your computer to complete the installation properly.
2) AFTER you have completed the one-time installation, use this link to connect to the Valdosta Division Server.

3) Log in instructions will be provided to you for access to the site by Jeremy or Katherine.
4) If you need help - you can schedule a time for Jeremy to remote in to your computer and troubleshoot the setup process. ONLY download the Remote tools when you need help - they are not needed to login to our servers. Remote assistance is done after hours and on Jeremy's time.
